Shipping policy

This policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Production time

Standard production time is 10 to 14 business days from the date we confirm your photo is usable. This is production time only; shipping happens after your figure is complete. Production estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — complex orders, high order volume, or equipment issues can extend them. If your order will exceed 14 business days we will email you proactively and keep you updated.

Shipping

Shipping methods, carriers, and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking, risk of loss, and address accuracy

Shipments include tracking. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If tracking shows your order delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier to file a claim — we will provide any documentation you need, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
